Gorgeous dress, runs short of waistline

This is a stunning dress, got it in purple, size 8, fabric was wonderful, nice lines. I had to send it back because it hit about 1.5 inches above my waist (and it is not an empire waist style), so made my body look heavier. If you have a small bustline, it may not rise like it did on me.
