Our warehouse ships orders within 1-3 business days. Orders are shipped FedEx ground, which takes 1-5 days depending on where you live in the country. *It can take around 30 days for delivery to Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico.

We offer Free Ground Shipping on all orders above $150.

Expedited shipping is available at checkout for an additional cost.  

We only ship in the United States.

We cannot ship to PO boxes.

RETURN POLICY

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all tags attached
  • Final sale items cannot be returned

If you are returning a purchase, a $12 restocking & return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund total.

Love Alex Evenings!

Four years ago, I purchased a dress for my daughter's wedding. It was was the compression fabric with the bell sleeves. It was SO comfortable and the material did not wrinkle. I wore it for a July wedding on the hottest day of the year. Just recently after trying on a few other styles from Alex Evenings, I decided on the same dress in another color to wear to my younger daughter's wedding next spring. Returning is easy and I love the convenience of ordering, trying on at home and then returning. Thanks!
