Our warehouse ships orders within 1-3 business days. Orders are shipped FedEx ground, which takes 1-5 days depending on where you live in the country. *It can take around 30 days for delivery to Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico.

We offer Free Ground Shipping on all orders above $150.

Expedited shipping is available at checkout for an additional cost.  

We only ship in the United States.

We cannot ship to PO boxes.

RETURN POLICY

  • Final sale items cannot be returned

Different color than expected, made me look old

As a 50-something shopping for my 2nd wedding, I thought this pink dress would be a great alternative to a traditional white wedding dress. The color is darker and more mauve-ish than the pics imply (the video is closer, but the dress is still a warm pink, not a cool pink). Between the mauve color and the diagonal seams that you can't see in the pics (they're more visible in the blue version), I think the dress made me look too old. Fine for a mother of the bride, but I am the bride!

Quality seemed fine, though. Great dress if the color and style are what you're looking for.

Nice dress but very pink

The fabric, fit and cut of this dress are wonderful but the color is much pinker than the picture indicates. I had to return because of the color.
